I had the opportunity to work as a Volunteer with two co-founders , Prahnav Sharma and Leander Donny, in setting up the Imperial College Data Science Society. I was mainly a part time volunteer and took part in two workshops including the following:
1. R Workshop at Imperial College London, South Kensington Campus. This workshop was attended by more than 80+ students from Undergraduate and Postgraduate level.
2. High Impact Communication Workshop at L.E.K. Consulting, London Office
Imperial College Peer Mentoring Scheme

Imperial College Union’s Mums and Dads peer mentoring scheme matches first years with existing students to help new students tap into the wealth of peer support and expertise of students in higher years within the Department. I mentored 3 undergraduate students through out the year in Electrical and Electronic Engineering department , guiding them through their first year university experience and addressing any academic and/or personal problems faced by them.
Candle Light Vigil, Army Public School Peshawar

On December 16, 2014 Army Public School Peshawar was attacked by terrorists and they killed 148 individuals that included young students, teachers and faculty members. This incident shook me to the core and I wanted Pakistan's voice to be heard in the United Kingdom. I got in touch with King's College London Pakistan Society members who organised a Candle Light Vigil in Trafalgar Square. I volunteered to be part of the organising team.
Ministry of Climate Change

As a high school student, I volunteered at a Workshop organised by Ozone Cell, Ministry of Climate Change and HVACR Pakistan on Hydrochlorofluorocarbon Phase Out and Alternatives. I was mainly responsible for distribution of information pamphlets among attendees, facilitate participants of workshop, address administrative queries, assist in overall smooth organization of Workshop and fulfil responsibilities delegated by Head Organizer.
Asian Regional Space Settlement Design Competition

As a high school student, I led a team of 10 A Levels (Secondary School) students representing Pakistan in Asian Regional Space Settlement Design Competition to be held in India. As a team, we drafted a preliminary Request for Proposal which included Structural Design, Operations, Infrastructure, Human Factors, Automation Design , Schedule and Costs.
Annual Science Olympiad

I had the opportunity to lead a team of 4 students at Annual Science Olympiad held by Lahore Grammar School Paragon.
World Wide Fund Pakistan

During the summer of 2012, I took part as a Student Volunteer in WWF Pakistan Eco Internship. At the end of internship I demonstrated the importance of recycling materials to general public by taking part in activity based project and chaired a meeting with primary objective of raising awareness among younger students about reducing pollution. I also successfully delivered a presentation to 60+ students regarding the importance of renewable resources and recycling.
Phase out of Ozone Depleting Substances

As an O Level student, I volunteered at an International Seminar organised by Ozone Cell, Ministry of Climate Change and UNDP on Phase Out of Ozone Depleting Substances and Energy Efficiency in Defence Applications. This seminar was held at Pearl Continental Hotel, Bhurban.
